My standard rate is £35 per hour, with a minimum booking of three hours. A three-hour session allows enough time to assess the space, make meaningful progress and begin putting practical organisation systems in place.
Larger projects can be completed across several sessions where required, and bespoke packages are available for bigger jobs.
A 25% deposit is required once your appointment date has been agreed. The remaining balance is payable upon completion of the agreed session or project.
Absolutely not! Please don’t worry about tidying before I visit. I need to see the space as it really is so I can understand how best to help. There is no judgement—I’ve seen all sorts of homes and situations.
No. Everything is your decision. I’ll help you work through your belongings and offer guidance if you’d like it, but you’ll always have the final say over what stays and what goes.
Wherever possible, I encourage a green and sustainable approach, helping suitable items to be donated, reused or recycled rather than sent to landfill.
I’m happy to remove up to four bags of suitable charity donations or recycling at the end of your session. Any general rubbish, bulky waste or additional bags will need to be removed or disposed of by the client.
Of course! No job is too big or too small. Whether it’s a single wardrobe, an overflowing kitchen cupboard, a loft, garage or your whole home, I’m happy to help.
In most cases, yes. It’s important that you’re there to make decisions about your belongings. However, once we’ve agreed a plan, there may be some organising or disposal tasks that I can complete independently.
